(9) Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to cancel and return an item for refund
The item you purchased through our site must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your can cancel the order within 7 working days from the day you receive the item(s). No shipping and handling fees will be refunded.


The procedure to return the items is as follows:

1. Send an email to ha [at] educofin [dot] com to inform about your cancellation and to request a refund. State the reason for your cancellation and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Include in your package

  • a signed letter stating the reason for your return

  • the item you purchased from us in its original unused condition

  • the original envelope in which you received the item

  • a proof showing the date you received the item

  • the original receipt/invoice

  • if the item has been damaged during shipping, add a damage report from the post office

3. Mail your returned item(s) as a certified mail return receipt by Air Mail to the address indicated on the original package. Note that all shipping costs incurred to send the item from you back to the address indicated on the original package are your responsibility.

4. When we receive your certified mail return receipt (Air Mail) together with all documents indicated at 2. we will analyse your request for a refund. The decision will be sent both to you by email and to PayPal.

5. We cannot refund for orders that are not received yet. An investigation with the Postal Services Authority is required first.

Return exceptions
Items that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.

Exchanges
If the item has been damaged during shipment from the seller to the buyer, the buyer may exchange the item for another one with same characteristics. You will not be subject to any fees but you will have to pay return shipping (see item 2. above). Only after receiving your mail, we will ship the replacement.

(10) Payment Policy

Accepted methods of payment
Currently only PayPal services are accepted. All  payments should be made before the items are shipped to the Buyer.

Credit card charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order with PayPal. If the service is not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded by PayPal.

(11) Shipping Policy

Turnaround
Orders are shipped only after verification of your order information. A confirmation message will be sent to the buyer's email address. Due to involvement of various postal services we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. The estimated delivery time on the book order pages is based on information obtained from the seller's postal  office (based on current information shipments outside Europe may take up to 15 working days, depending on distance)

Carriers and order tracking
Your order will be sent as Air Mail certified letter/package to the address you provide when you place the order with PayPal. The carrier service will provide a tracking number that will be made available to the Buyer in a separate email. The Seller is not responsible for any delay or refusal to deliver the order once the package reached the postal facilities of the country where the Buyer resides.

Shipping and handling rates
The rate charged for the shipping and handling of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. It is included in the total price. Before the final checkout page at PayPal you will be shown what the total cost of your order will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
All prices displayed on this site are valid only for one (1) item. In case you want to order several items, you are advised to contact us for a shipping rate and total cost.

Shipping locations
We reserve the rights to deliver only to certain geographic locations. Currently, we ship items only to locations listed on the item presentation page. If you prefer delivery to a location outside countries in the list, we strongly advice to contact us first. Orders with delivery outside countries in the list will not be honored without prior agreement with us.

(12) Use of the web site

The Website Owner does not make any warranty or representation that information on the website is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction (other than Great Britain). By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the Website Owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

(13.1) Entire agreement

These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Website Owner in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor the Website Owner shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Website Owner in respect of your use of the website.

The Website Owner may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

Where any conflict or contradiction appears between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
